CORFU, GREECE /┬áSeptember 29th – October 1st, 2015

Since 36 years,

The European Low Gravity Research Association (ELGRA), provides a networking platform for all scientists interested in life and physical sciences and technology in space or on ground. The 22nd biennial Symposium and General Assembly will provide a great opportunity to researchers, young specialists and students to meet and share their experiences and knowledge. The focus of the Symposium is to increase understanding of the effects of gravity on biological, chemical and physical systems. Fundamental and applied research on these topics will be presented through oral and poster communications during three days. We will develop a program that will make use of invited talks and conference themes to describe current and future needs for gravity-dependent research. We expect large student participation and will do our best to subsidize their venue. In addition, we organize a contest for the best student studies in both Physical and Life Sciences as in our previous Symposia. A good number of selected papers will be published in Microgravity Science and Technology journal.

We cordially invite everyone engaged in studies of gravity dependent phenomena to participate in the 22nd ELGRA Scientific Symposium and General Assembly and visit Greece in autumn 2015!

The meeting is organized with support from the Department of Chemical Technology in the Faculty of Chemistry of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki thanks to Prof. Thodoris Karapantsios.
